Customer Service Week is a time to show appreciation for the customer service professionals who serve us in various ways throughout our daily lives. Of course, the appreciation goes both ways, and on behalf of OverDrive Support Services, I’d like to thank our customers. We do what we do because of you.
We’re committed to offering our best customer service every day of the year. Whether your library uses our Front Line Tech Support service—providing patrons with direct access to OverDrive Support Services—or whether you contact us on behalf of your patrons, we’re here to help, and we’ll do what it takes to answer your and your patrons’ questions.
We also appreciate your feedback. When you submit a case with us, and we close the case, you’ll receive a link to a survey. We encourage you to take a minute or two to fill out the survey. Let us know how we’re doing, and tell us how you think we can do better. We’re always looking to improve!
